Has anyone got the sponsorship from London company and immigrated from Toronto with canadian citizenship?

How difficult is it to get a Clearance if you were born in Cuba (or any other non-NATO country/ally) but moved to the USA when you were a kid? I’m a USA Citizen, and from my understanding, I can’t give up my Cuban citizenship by Cuban law -___-

So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?
