Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. I’m teaching summer school at a high school, and the co-principals have asked me to focus on only 2 to 3 chapters worth (what they are calling “2-3 standards” in the eight days of summer semesters. However, they are also asking me to give kids the midterm and/or final at the end of each period, which covers 4-5 chapters each semester. My question is this: “Is it legal by California Ed code for the administration to ask me to teach less than each entire semester, yet test each whole semester?”
