Has the Q1 promotion quota been released yet?
My manager told me that my name has been nominated for promotion. Is this just a lie, or is there some truth to it?

I'm currently in Associate level and seeking promotion for SA
My previous ratings are like
2022- 3

So...I started my own company in 2018. Things went off like a ROCKET. Its a small Remodeling company and we specialize in higher end bathrooms and kitchens etc. I love working with my hands. I also have my education though and...I am going to return to tech work. I just wonder..when is enough enough? When do you pull the plug?

Has your firm gone paperless? I'm trying to find rules for the retention of files in Maryland. Also trying to pick your brains about how your firm went paperless (or mostly paperless). I was to try to convince the owner of the Firm this is the best way for us to save space and money.

My salary was 3.1L until march 2022 and then post promotion 4.5L. I am serving notice period currently and I recieved a mail to submit Actual Investment Proof. What does it mean please help I am not getting clear idea. Should I file ITR with this salary?
