For me it was more people putting 2 weeks in, lots of “restructuring” and announcements of people leaving or shifting to diff teams. Quietness from managers when asking them about said restructuring. Work pace slowing down. Struggling to have consistent billable hours for more than 2 weeks.

Hello Fishes, British petroleum Grade-7 in Digital functions or Wipro C1 Business Value Architect, fixed pay is almost same Wipro is paying 2 lacs more variable than BP.
