Wondering if anyone can share the approximate timeline after applying to Target Corp. to hearing something from them. Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

What is a typical exit opportunity for a Director in FDD? I’m over the stress, but I feel like the monotony of industry will equally stress me out. I have only done FDD my whole career so the PE exit route is likely not going to happen (I’m realistic 🙂)

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?
