Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Is this too much to ask or is this what someone at my current level would get paid at PwC. Please let me know!!!! PwC PwC India Pwc AC Deloitte Deloitte USI
Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.
My one and only

I had an online assessment round at Intuit and then a technical round. Both went good. But its been 15 days I am yet to hear back from them. Does intuit send closure/rejection email or is it just implicit? also what is the cooling period for intuit ? and what should be the expected ctc if things go right? Current Designation: SDE2 | Current CTC: 20LPA | YOE: 10

This really depends on the leadership in the start-up. In terms of growth, do you feel like you have opportunities there? Formal performance reviews aren’t always that great. If you can talk to your boss and have a more informal conversation that still meets your goals, that can work even better. But comes down to what they are willing to do.
It can take some time to implement the normal policy and scale. But definitely worth bringing it up if you do plan to stay longer!
I've never worked at a place that didn't have some kind of review policy in place. That's definitely weird, I'd be concerned about growth potential too. That said, I wouldn't leave based on that alone without a backup plan. In this job market, a steady paycheck is nothing to take for granted.

I’ve never heard about that either from a job but I took the as a second job. I’m thinking about staying for a bit and see if they will get it together but I just don’t want to waste my time. But we will see how that will turn out.
I have, and I had to fight tooth and nail for every single pay increase….

Oh wow that’s the worst thing ever. I always feel like I would be working extra hard for a start up company. They are still trying to figure it out while I’m there doing the same. It just sounds so stressful to me. I’m debating about leaving soon.

Do they have growth structure without performance review because performance review does not lead to raises all the time? You should give them sometime to see how they do things before making any decision.

I want to give them some time but I feel like I am building their company up with them. It’s a lot for me especially since I work multiple jobs. I want to stick around but I don’t know if I have the mental capacity to do so.
