We are exploring having a third party come in and assess our I&D efforts across our company. We have many locations across North America. Is anyone aware of an entity who does this? We have found questionnaires through target organizations and have done anonymous employee surveys but are hoping to find someone who can do an assessment for gender, minorities, disabilities, 2SLGBTQ+, etc. and provide feedback on the actual employee experience and where we may have blind spots.

Female here and I hate to say it! But whenever I’m pull to a new project I secretly hope I don’t get a female lead. 😞 I had some interesting experiences with women leads, which it does not apply to all women!, but I feel a bit hesitant and I feel is ptsd lol how can I overcome this mentality?! Latinx - help! We used this term in our diversity spotlight discussing Hispanic Heritage Month. One individual said that in English a group of Latinos would just be Latins to be gender neutral. I understand the word is controversial but is “Latins” grammatically correct? I assume we should just say Latin Americans, but trying to understand if Latins is also accurate.

This diversity thing is almost a joke....seriously. A lady says her goal is to focus on promoting women and she is celebrated. What if a man said the same thing regarding men....? where is fairness?

Parents are deciding between moving to WVirginia vs Virginia at retirement to be closer to us based in fairfax (ideally be at 1 hour driving distance). They currently in the mid west but WVirginia appeals to them because of low taxes, low cost of living. We are also poc so appreciate some diversity.

Someone on LinkedIn expressed disappointment about the lack of diversity from the big law firms in TX that were posting pics of their summer associates. A managing partner commented that he thought the post might be about a pic he posted (12/14 SAs were white). He tried to defend this by saying that they had LGBT and socioeconomic diversity. The fact that he recognized that his pic might be part of the problem says it all. Law firms need to do better. Sorry, I just wanted to rant.

I have an interview with JP Morgan this week for a Channel Marketing Manager - VP role in the Asset Management area. The role will be based in NYC. Just curious what is the normal range for the base salary and total comp.

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ?
