Oh yeah yikes. That is an extremely difficult position to be in. Because on the one hand you can see hard the employee is trying and that’s admirable and all. But on the other hand your frustration is completely justified. Is there an easier job you can move this employee to? Because I’m not sure what your other options would be here.

After you've changed up your teaching styles and they're still not getting it, maybe they're in the wrong job. At this point, it's time to help them find a different job either internally or outside of the company.
