First workout in the basement gym!!! Did deadlifts, overhead press, and a superset with Landmine rows, dumbbell overhead press, and good mornings. Finished with some farmers carries to work on grip strength.

Not my most strenuous workout, but it’s the first barbell work I’ve done in nearly a year so I kept the weight more manageable. So excited to have all of this accessible without a gym!

Another pull day, but this time was more focused on back (delts, lats, traps) versus generic pull. Giving “EMOM” a shot, have done it before with solid results so incorporating it in to my current stretch before I start to cut.

Too much work today to be able to get to a full workout, but I went on a 30 minute walk to get some fresh air and take a break. 13k steps

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?

Going through a miscarriage at the moment. Was 5 weeks-ish in and did three days of HIIT workout and here I am. I’m young so not that sad but I just hope I don’t have to get the D&C surgery. :(

I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?
