I am straight off the Mayflower white. Does applying look super tone-deaf? Is this an unofficial way of stating that they’re only considering non-white individuals for the role?

I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)

I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? Been interviewing for front end dev - 5YOE. Had been with Deloitte USI as a Consultant back in India. Applying for big 4's and tech firms but seems like they have been taking forever to review the applications (2-3 weeks now for few since applied!)

Have one offer from CGI as Sr.Con for 105k. Does anyone know how good/not good is CGI in terms of work, culture, WLB, perks?
