I left the school and took a lateral transfer. I just couldn’t do it anymore. Either the principal micromanager was never in the school and wouldn’t answer her phone if you tried calling or, she’d be tearing you apart about how you handled things in her absence. We later found out she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and got on medication and that seemed to help per others. I didn’t stick around to find out
I journal in general so that probably helped w me come to the conclusion that I had to get out of there. Good luck and hope you find your own relief. Take breaks and get outside esp if you have sun near you- it helps. I also heard light lamps or mood lamps are very helpful as well if you don’t get a lot of winter sun like here in Michigan, lastly start looking for another job. You got this 💪🏼

Absolutely! I pushed back once and things started to change after we had a chat but ultimately I just had to leave my workplace
