What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

Hi Everyone,
Was hoping to get a hand or advice. I had submitted an application the Travelers for a marketing position in early November, resume shows received but nothing else. Is there someone that works there that could direct me to a HR email or contact person? Have had nothing but a positive experience working with Travelers in my last two roles as an agent and then an underwriter would love to have to the opportunity to work directly with Travelers. Any help would be greatly appreciate is!Travelers

Yes, it's nice that the VP called himself to tell you how impressed he was. Absolutely apply again. Be sure to address the VP in your cover letter and mention him requesting you re apply in the new year. Express that you are still interested in the role. If you went 3 rounds of interviews that means they were genuinely very interested.
Agree with this. Chances are the person who got the position was an internal hire but they do want you, too! I think the fact that you got a call from the VP speaks volumes.
Yes. You should apply.
Yes. Absolutely reach out. Connect on LinkedIn. Ask about future open positions. VPs don’t waste their time. You were def in the running.
I went on 3 separate interviews with 3 people and did background check etc etc and then they “went another way” like seriously wasted HOURS of my time. I’m not Re applying
Feels like that sometimes. But if you don’t re-apply like they are asking you to, your time will certainly be wasted. You’re already in this deep, might as well submit another app (sounds promising IMO). Best of luck, pal!
Definitely reapply. It seems like they are interested in you.
Wow thank you for all your perspectives on this☺️ I was feeling really down about it.
Reapply and especially since the VP told you too. It sounds like something was going to be opening up in the near future!!
