You are not alone. This has been an incredibly challenging time as we navigate watching history repeat itself, as non of this is a new playbook. It’s just playing out in our lifetime. I would offer 15 minute mediation during your day. Box breathing. Counting your fingers by touch and periodic walks to recenter.

I am glad you posted this because I have been feeling the same way. The news is so depressing every day and there is just so much going on that its stressing me out. I have defintiely been trying to prioritize self-care during this time but you are right, it has been especially hard to stay motivated at work.
