For people who are struggling from service overlap in their EPFO, there is a new change that has come in EPFO to change your DOJ and DOE dates online without the employer’s approval, but this works only when the PF contribution made by the company doesn’t match with the dates they have added.
Check it out, it might help some people to get rid of overlap issue.

I thought the offer was reasonable, come in at a 2nd year level, but with the uncertainty of the times I played it safe. Now I regret it. Three days later recruiter wants to give me a call and “give an update”. Schedules it after 2 days. This morning cancels last minute as they are having “internal discussions”.
