What websites are y'all using to get a ballpark idea of what your salary should be? Which ones suck and I should avoid?

Base: 43 Fixed
Signing Bonus: 10(5+5)
Stock bonus: 1200 RSU for 4 years
(CTC): Rs. ~66 LPA
more inclined towards Microsoft, but they are offering less
Need suggestions Microsoft Oracle

Analyst 2 here with current CTC around 4L. I guess it's too less compared to market standards .

And I will be progressed to analyst 3 this year

How much hike I can expect.?
Cam I expect EY to do some market correcttion?

I will also be getting an offer internally at my current work place (which is full time) . Since full time offers more job security. I am not expecting them to match or put in an offer close to that amount, but just wanted to get an estimate.

It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.

If you lateral across the Big 4, e.g. Associate to Associate, can you negotiate a higher level-grade in your offer letter (i.e. Associate 2)?

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.

Is that a 260% jump or 2.6x from $16k to $40k?

Question about remote job negotiations

I'm currently interviewing for a remote role for a company based in NY.

The thing is I'm based in a different city (southern U.S.)

My question is:

When it comes time to talk compensation, should I base the market rate for the role on my city of residence or NY?

Would it make sense to ask them directly how they determine comp for NY-bases vs. other city-based employees?
