Hello all, I’ve struggled for years trying to work my way upward in any retail or hospitality industry.

To keep a long story short- I’m 28, I’ve been working since I was 17. I lost my hand in a meat grinder accident when I was 18 but have been working non stop since with almost no accommodations. I’m proud but I am tired. I have had held leadership and management positions for some time and see the cultures between management is the same BS no matter where go.

How can I break free?? Tips??

Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work.
