I recently got selected in xyz company i got an offer letter with a joining date as per my Notice period which is 90 days
Now after 15 days today Hr called me and asked me to join early within 60 days mentioning the project manager has asked and they can't wait for 90 days .
I asked my current employer PM and HR they are not ready to release me early.
Even with NP payout option, what should i do now in this case

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.
