How is WLB in LTI. I am joining LTI next month currently working in Capgemini. WLB in Capgemini was good. Can I expect the same in LTI?

What’s the base for CL8 (CDO)? Glassdoor doesn’t seem accurate, as it pegs CL8 at 56k. Currently a CL9, on 52.5 in London. Promoted from CL10 last year too, so still a fairly new CL9.

What is the typical salary for a Manager and Senior Manager at CBA?

Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site. So, if you work at TD, Scotia, RBC, could you let everybody know in the comments what’s the deal for each? Are you remote, on-site, hybrid of some sort?

Anyone left FIS Global within very short duration after joining like within 6 month or less than that ?
If yes what was the reason to leave that ? So that could understand cons of FIS.
