If in Accenture strategy and consulting offer letter mentioned that shift premium part of Annual fixed component then employee will not be eligible for any shift allowance for UK or US shift.

Offering - £65K
Role: Senior Product Designer
Organization: mid-sized in software development
My YOE: 2.5 years after bachelors then 2 years Masters in London
