I’m a BDS graduate with clinical and research experience, seeking dental assistant opportunities. I worked at Sapporo Dental College Bangladesh, managing patient care and assisting with treatments, and researched dental nanomaterials at Nishina Lab, Japan. BMDC-registered, skilled in radiology, CPR, HIPAA, infection control, but lacks MA board certification.

Could anybody throw light on variable % in oracle gsc for consulting technical manager position? Is it a part of ctc? How much of this we can expect on an average for an year?

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary


Just posting as a reminder to LEAVE that job (within a reasonable time 😂) and go where the money is!

(p.s. I already know some of you have had higher increases in the same amount of time & I consider 6 months minimum is “within a reasonable time”)

I've been a dental assistant for 11 years , and I think I'm done . I feel the pay is never enough and 9/10 we do the most work in the office . It's never commensurate to what we do and no matter how much experience you have your still 3-5$ more than someone fresh out of school . It's a skill I'm glad to know that I can always find work but the burnout for nothing isn't worth it. Can anyone relate
