1. When I fill out my job experience, do I need to include the last ten years or every job I’ve had? I don’t have anything to hide, but I especially in my late teen years I was a job hopper.

I had two recruiters today reschedule a meeting. And this is the second time rescheduling. Honesty, not sure what value recruiters bring. Is this common now? I think I did a mistake , I tried applying for companies and dont get any calls, got two calls but both of them rejected even before taking an interview that they want immediate joiners , market was ok so I resigned and the hiring got freezed its been 45 days since , but I still dont have an offer dint just got two interviews till now I am trying to get referals , applying in naukri, LinkedIn getting referrals from fish bowl everyday and I am scared now hope I get atleast one offer😔😔
