Has anyone received mail regarding incomplete monthly attendance, specifically failing to meet the 10-day threshold?

I received such mail, but it did not specify the particular month for which the attendance requirement was not met.

Does anyone have information regarding potential disciplinary actions or the frequency with which these warning notifications may be issued?

London is a world class metropolitan city and so is the cost of livi.
But then why don't MAANG or other big techs pay as high for software managers and other leadership roles as they do in the USA, particularly California, Washington, New York. In fact for the same role, $ salaries are at least 3X higher to their counterparts roles here in London.
Definitely, London isn't 3X cheaper them.
Is it that companies don't want that high here or there isn't enough competition or something else?

For all those that have taken on a trainee to team up: what do you think is a fair split?

Do certifications like Cloud Solution Architect (Associate or Pro) help in getting interview calls for AWS positions at Amazon or elsewhere if you have no cloud experience?

Went in to check compare sizes for an Aqua Terra (green dial) but now torn between that and Moonwatch Sapphire (manual wind but the case in the back is just 😍)

Surprisingly the Moonwatch felt smaller (even though it’s 42mm vs 41mm Aqua terra) but I’m not sure about the manual wind tbh - worried I’d break it
