It's becoming more and more clear to me that my company is discriminating upon women and minorities. I don't have a very strong case for discrimination for my personal situation, but I'm becoming increasingly enraged about the systematic practices that I'm observing.

I've opened up an inquiry with HR on one issue (clear disparity in candidate offers b/t women and other underrepresented candidates vs white/Asian cis men), but I'm wondering if there's more I should do.

How many recruiters is too many to be working with? I’ve currently got three recruiters I’ve sent my resume to, and have them looking for opportunities for me. Im careful to make sure that none of them are sending my resume to the same firms. Alright so there’s a thing called reclaim my status. If you had a reason why you lost status in the last year or two like COVID, baby, new job, etc. You need to submit some basic documentation and they give you that status for 3 months with a DRASTICALLY lower threshold to make the status permanent and even higher tiers are much easier to obtain during those 3 months.
