I am 6.5 years experienced i am relieved as senior software engineer from my last organization and the company I joined gave me senior analyst position and when I joined in they gave me designation as just engineer it feels like demotion to me some of them say skills and work experience and monetory growth matters not a title and some say otherwise what are your opinion?

Was offered a senior accounting position in NYC for 100k and a 20% discretionary bonus. My EY raise in October will put me at 91k. I feel like 100k base is low given all the benefits at EY (ex: phone bill, internet bill, fitness fund) but the recruiters are saying 100k for someone with 3 years experience is unheard of. Any thoughts?

I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
