All the while the consulting project is built on a half thought out rushed tech stack/architecture? Meanwhile tech companies expose their employees to best in bread tech stacks? CTC offered - 14 Lac ( fixed )
Current CTC - 5 6 LAC

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?
