And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. It's a standard IT MNC with 10k+ employees. CTC is really good. Work is okay.
I haven't started working yet, onboarding process is 3 weeks long

Now I got another offer.
Pay is same.
The offer is exciting - the technology stack is much more modern (Go), the role is a hybrid one (70% Dev, 30% management) with option to change later. The culture is amazing.
Company is 9 years old with 200 employees.
