I have done with 3 rounds of interview on last Saturday and shared the documents on Saturday evening itself .

Just wanted to know typically how many days Lloyds takes to release the offer and how many days does background verification will take . The reason i am asking is as my last working day is April 7th and if lloyds gives my joining date in May then i have to sit idle close to a month .

I do have an offer with EPAM and joining date is April 14th.

my stress level peaks when there is so much work to do and the filing day is only 2 weeks away 🙃

Hey i had my HR discussion with Infosys HR, they are not even ready to match my counter offer, they will release the offer tomorrow, how to renegotiate now, any tips, they are saying they can't go beyond that for the role. Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Potential employer has 10k plus employees. I will have two reports and will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards. Any thoughts or advise on offer made?
