I attended the interview in Cognizant F2F and it was good. Based only on that interview I got offer.

No Managerial round, no HR round, no Offer negotiation via HR calls, just an email of offering 35% hike and that's all, I got the offer. So do we need to worry about about other things?

I'm ready to join and okay with the offered amount but just worried about this shortest hiring process so

I have given interview to TCS on 28th September, after 2 days got a mail saying that to upload documents I have done that. Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. Then she asked me there is a need in direct project are you okay with technical round and I said yes. Then she said thanks and disconnected.

I am Fully confused about this process can some one clear me from this please.

Is it going to be like a written technical round or more like a verbal one, also how many rounds does it really take to complete the interview?

Wanted to discuss counter offer with Cognizant. Sent them mail, messages, calls no response. What to do? Just join them with offered package?

R-Systems : They are providing WFH + clarity on the project and team for which I’ll be working upon.
CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
YOE ~8
Skill set : . Net full stack + Angular + Azure

Is bfs account Contract get extended or they simply release and we get bach to parent (cts), for another project is complete bgv happening or they just handle from their side?

Can we get work from home projects in CTS? When is wfh going to end?

Is Cognizant Consulting same as Cognizant Business Consulting? And how much it is different from CTS?

Has anyone rejoined in CTS within 1 or 2 yrs? How was the process? What was the package that you were given during rehire?

I wish to get insight from the community whether the package is good or I lagging behind?

Is it wise decision to stay in cts if pkg matched. Not so sure. Have offer from other service based. What diff it will create comapred to cts all service based are same.
