I have completed all 3 rounds in accenture. My application status was showing as "Interview" and next day it was showing as "Final". I received a call from one manager and he asked few questions again. This was kind of 4th round. Now my application is showing as "Interview" again. So basically it moved from Interview to Final and again Interview. Can someone please clarify. Any help would be really appreciated

The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? My doj in accenture is approaching, I recieved a mail to sign and upload some documents, out of those one document says something like this, I'm ok to work in any shift/night shift. Does this mean I will have night shifts? or is this general for everybody to sign and upload?
