My friend is facing an dual Employment in his past history of 15 days overlap. Reason he told me that he faced some medical emergency in last month of his 3 month notice period.

Company A conveyed that they will consider his last day by extending next 15 days asper policy. And company B conveyed that as consultancy we will wait. But EOD he got overlapping.

Anyone pls provide your suggestions what to do in case. He tried for date change but due to PF month diff it's not possible.

Does anyone else have “email social anxiety”? Not with writing emails that have to do with content/work I did, but when I’m “just checking in” and doing vaguely unsaid social things I’ve never understood well.
I feel super awkward and read too into things, it takes me 30+ min for a simple friendly email to a manager or above and I get worked up about it.
