Hello, I have received offer letter from EY LLP for Manager position.
There is a bonus component over and above the CTC mentioned in offer letter.

When asked, HR conveyed the below, verbally.
'Bonus is between 10-20% depending on performance. Usually 15% on an average.'

1) This is a bonus range (10-20%) is not mentioned in the offer letter. Is this usually the case?

2) Are people in EY receiving the bonus right from the first year on the job or is there some extra t&c I was not made aware?

Got opportunity from singapore suggested salary is 7500 to 8000 sgd
Im married and expecting a baby .indian ctc is 16 lpa .is it good option to move?
