How much do PWC Sr. Managers make in T1?
Hi there. Ex Deloitte Sr Mgr here, currently in tech pre sales (SaaS / MarTech). Recently spoke to both Salesforce and Adobe recruiters for roles that I thought were lateral moves (Sr SA / Sr SC), therefore I did not proceed with the selection process. The recruiters from both companies told me they typically hire at that level, and people are considered for promotion to Principal in 1 to 2 years. I found that odd. Is that right? What’s the typical TC for SAs and SCs there? (15+ yrs exp).
Anyone recently received a tax manager offer from EY ? I’m going through final interviews and want to see what your experience was like (negotiation process, initial offer higher/lower than expected?, did you give them a salary expectation range? How long did it take from final interview to offer etc) TIA!PwC EY KPMG Deloitte

Hi fishies. I have a ton of interviews coming up soon including a case interview at EY within their Innovation and Experience Design practice for Digital Strategy Manager. I am super comfortable with CX, design thinking, etc which are the types of projects I would be working on BUT I am absolutely terrible in case interviews. I was hoping it would be based on CX or design but my understanding is there is some revenue component idk. Anyone have any insight? I would greatly greatly appreciate it!

Gamma in Europe (as I'm sure QuantumBlack) is top notch. Since tech isn't nearly as big in Europe as the US, consulting seems to get a lot of top tier engineering/DS talent. I currently work for Gamma in North America and very much enjoy it
AAG in Bain is very subscale. I’d go for QuantumBlack
Why not lateral to Accenture’s Applied Intelligence? Or if youre already there any reason youre trying to leave?
Oh dang. Best of luck
QB probably holds the most promise, is the most professionalized with structured career paths all the way to equity partner.
It's still really really new but the future looks bright
To chime along, comp and progression levels are both aligned with generalists. Same deal at Gamma :)
