Hello, I recieved a call for an open position of HRCO- consulting with Deloitte USI. I successfully cleared the assesment and interviews, and my application status was updated to "Offer in progress"

After that, I filled out the questionaire in the TOD portal, but then the HR informed me that hiring for this role has been frozen and they don't have a timeline for when it might reseme, Since then, my application status has been reverted to "Review inn progress"

Has anyone experineced a similar situation?

I just graduated college a few weeks ago and began my first full time job. I received essentially no training and am feeling super overwhelmed. I don’t want to come across as helpless to my boss

I was hired on with a company at the same time as my male coworker. We work the exact position, different projects.
I asked him flat out what his salary was when he hired on. His salary is at minimum 15% more. He’s never had a raise.
Neither one of us had any experience in this specific position but he didn’t even have experience in the field, which I did.
I requested a performance and salary review because it’s my annual review time anyway. Best way to address this? Also applying elsewhere.
