Current offer from Deloitte: 16 fixed
Offer from another MNC: 18.9 fixed

Will Deloitte India be able to match the offer if I renegotiate?

Have 8.5 YOE with CCTC8.5 LPA with 10% VP. Tech stack - java, spring boot, microservices. #FirstSwitch
Offers-
1. TCS 19.4 LPA includes 10% VP (Associate Consultant) Delhi 2. WIPRO-25 LPA - includes 10% VP (B3 band team lead) considering it. (Pune) My queries
1.l initially didn't ask for JB from any. Can do that in anyway now as they are offering it to others.
2. What should be considered as good range of package for my yrs of exp. 3. Tech stack should upgrade to be competitive in Market.

I got a job offer but it's 3k less than the low end of my happy range. But there will be a review in 6 months with the potential for a raise. I'd rather start at the low end of range. What is the best way to ask for that??

Although I know most people try to get into big law initially, it is very competitive and many don’t stay past 2-3 years. You certainly don’t make as much going into PA as a lawyer but the pay is certainly not bad and the WLB is generally much better. How many married professionals with young families are just sticking it out “for the kids”? Marriage is very dead and has been for a while. Young kids 4 and 1. My wife and I don’t fight, but share 0 interests outside of the kids and can’t stand to be around each other. Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.
