Hello!! I'm 32 and was diagnosed with epilepsy 4 yrs ago. I am newly unemployed but work under the table as a stable hand (very tough work on the body). I want to be in my veterinary field as I have went to college and have two veterinary degrees, Certified Veterinary Technician and bachelor's in Veterinary medicine. Of course I would never put my patients in jeopardy but I feel discriminated with employers finding reasons to let me go. I would always admit if I made a mistake, too!

A service dog that can alert you before one happens and a bell or something others can hear could in fact be how you reassure others and maybe you already have this but I feel it looks responsible and promising I would not then have another worry except for what happens if it's mid surgery and is the dog always right or what percentage because in that case theirs worry and liability you need to cover all those scenarios and show them you've already thought and found solutions to all the worst case scenarios and if your great with people and at what you do your character and skills along with your prepared risk liability assessment will ease others minds and if you have to you provide others free of charge protocol on what to do in the rare emergency a risk happens. Or you give them accountability allowing full compensation out of your pocket rather then yours for any damages occured when a spell happens only when a seizure comes though otherwise all other is the company's responsibility and who could refuse.

One more food for thought , but I don't know you not familiar with your field or if this is possible but can you work from for minor or major surgeries maybe if equipment or the drugs needed to you can't get maybe just provide what you can because let me tell you there are so many people I've met in life including myself that may go once to a vet but fall off after that so many people love animals and yet can barely afford there own checkups so the pets suffer . If people could make payments over time that would change many pet owners accountability it's easy to make a 50 dollar monthly charge after a 100 dollar deposit on a 700 dollar bill otherwise a lot of people just try to love them despite or sell them to someone who can. My grandma didn't go to a salon she went to a lady's house looked like a mini salon it was a lot cheaper and my grandma was very loyal . Is that a possibility to run your own at home vet care place I mean even if it's for smaller surgeries or problems . My friend has a dog and he feels so guilty bc he loves her and has years with her but he don't even take care of his self sometimes dirty house never cooks but microwaves dinners needs a tooth pulled but procrastinates and works for the city gets paid decent but still can't pay the vet the 500 dollars they want for gingers goiter or abscess thing to be cut out so he isn't going back yet hates that they would rather milk him then care for her because they charged him 200 dollars for draining out this huge goiter and giving her some medicine for her ear s which can't be touched unlnownst to me why if she's medicating but point is he will wait tell she's in a lot of pain and it's big and then prolong the urgency another month tell he decides he can afford the 200 usually out of guilt and after awhile of seeing her suffer but it's a vicious cycle and he won't go anymore because they wouldn't just do the surgery and take the 200 and or set up a payment option for the rest or period . Can't people sign something that says it will come directly out of there pay check every pay period so it's automatic and guaranteed to come ? He's worked for the city for 10 years they would get their money that way but instead they give no options and could care less about the dog and keep taking his few times a year 200 to drain it . I mean people look for cheaper meds online and or try at home remedy or let their pets suffer unfortunately . If you could provide payment plans or a nice price cut and even if you could only provide half of what the vet clinic could that may still open up bigger gains because of the half of pet owners who just don't have a big chunk who don't go to the vet would start going and I guarantee even if a risk was bigger going to your private home or business people at least have the option and 9 times out of 10 will take it and how hope for the best . Is that a possibility or too hard to get an okay or?

Post some interesting facts about MCity Infosys

Hi Everyone!

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?

Thank you!
