I have cleared all 4 rounds for Analyst 2 designation. But now I have received a communication from HR that My profile has been put on hold and she said that the profile is not rejected byt put on hold.
Can anyone let me know how to proceed or should I consider my profile as rejected!

I checked with few of my connections, they saying I will be mostly allocated to Salesforce industries (Vlocity) project. Please suggest about the team structure and work life balance for this role.
