If there’s someone you’ve been flirting with, go for it. But be subtle.

Do not go to the party as if you were going to the bar/club and go around trying to hit on people and “pick-up”. Companies aren’t putting up with bad behaviour anymore and people are getting fired this year. I’ve heard multiple stories this year of guys being too much at the office party and getting fired.

Hi Fishers,

43 days has passed in PDP with Timeline for me and there are still no projects avaliable on TMP based on my current skill set. I am upskilling my self as my Home manager asked me but this long period on PDP with Timeline is really making me nervous.
Should I be prepared for the worst and start looking for job change?
Anyone faced such an situation please suggest.
