Not needed for PE. What group are you in? If you’re at IB at BAML you should have no problem landing interviews for PE roles. Just reach out to HHs and they should be more than happy to assist lol

Looking for any advice on landing a Senior PM role. My goal is to find a strong company that offers full time benefits and growth opportunity. I hired a company to revamp my resume so I am getting interviews, but no offers. The reality that is not shared in interviews is that I’m looking to make a lateral move after new leadership and so much turnover. I’m hitting the point I just want to resign to FT focus on new opps, but worry how challenging the job search has been while being employed! TY!

I have been with my organization for almost 21 years. I let my CEO know that I plan to move and take a new HR role in Seattle by 6/30. She is worried that my departure will be hard for our staff and community so she offered me a sabbatical to help with my transition to a new city. Her thought is that my sabbatical would ease my departure over time. She would like to have me consult for at least 6 months after I leave. Has anyone ever experienced something like this? How did it work?

Hi everybody! 😊
I've been working as a Junior Analog Design Engineer for a year and half.
I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
Next year, there will be an important deadline for the project I'm working on and my resignation could be critical for the team, how would you deal with it?

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

What are your thoughts on open relationships? I’ve never been in one. The idea itself of not having sex with the same person for the rest of your life I get. But in reality I just don’t know if I can do it personally. Anybody else struggle with this? I feel like most of the community wants open and I just don’t know if I’ll ever get there. And I feel like it limits your (already small) dating pool. Not suggesting I change just to be in a relationship, I just struggle with the whole thing. Sigh
