What to do in a situation when your line manager is doing lots of micromanagement on you, not appreciating you after successfully delivering important tasks but praising every time other reportees who are his favourites? I don’t want to leave FIL , but it’s difficult to stay in this team. Not eligible for IJP yet, what to do in this scenario please guide me?
