Men 🐠- On an average, why do Indian men act so weird or awkward around women in general in public ? Esp around pools, beaches, outdoor activities, etc. Understand it may not apply to all and am not trying to sound racist/smug/etc. Genuinely don't understand and am curious to hear y'alls opinion!

Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though). How can I filter for just these records? If it didn’t crash excel I could concat into one column, Conditional format for duplicates, and sort by color. What’s a work around?

I am a sixth-year associate overseeing a second year. They are an exceptionally good associate. I am honestly shocked at the work product I receive and the way they go above and beyond. The issue I have is that they sometimes take awhile to turn things around. For example, I ask for a draft response to the client, and they take three-four days. I know they’re busy, but I would like to address this in a positive way. Any suggestions?
