Bought a 12 years old condo. First time home owner. Can someone share what all things would need more care(electrical appliances, vents, filters etc) to avoid costly maintenance.

first call with SF CSG Recruiter is scheduled for Senior Architect role. Appreciate insights from you all.
1. How is work life balance in CSG?
2. What is the typical billability target? Does one have to market oneself for billability or the Practice lead takes care of it?
3. Honestly- I have seen SF people pushing for products which are really not needed by clients. I can never do such a thing - so is there an expectation from the AE’s that Architects should do so?

We had a home energy audit done yesterday and the guy said the attic insulation has a whopping R-value of 7 due to age and compression.
