My current company is having notice period of 60 days and I drop papers today 13th May and they won't release me atleast before 30 days.
What if both conflicts and I have to take decision and I also want to join that company only I won't accept other offer

I got offer from 2 firms KPMG global for 6 lpa and Deloitte India for 6.5 lpa. Which one should i move for.
