Average partner comp last year at big 4 was 1.5M.
Including consulting yes probably. I’ve heard from very reliable source audit and tax are closer to 1m for 8-12 years in partner comp.
A partner at PM in my office makes $2.2M & he is the industry leader for one of the verticals in the firm.
For sure leadership roles at top 20 firms can make $1m+. The average partner is a different kind of metric though. I'm curious where D1 got his 1.5m number from... the avg partner at Deloitte made just under $800k around 2011/12. Double that is some impressive growth unless it was a high one time payout bc economy was just crazy good for the year. Maybe I'm wrong though.
For whatever it's worth, the UK members of these firms have to report some comp data. I think the average Uk Deloitte partner made like 1.1M GBP last year.
Wow. Where did you find that number? 10 years ago I think it was about 750k-800k.
There’s been record growth every year lol but shitty pay increases. Who you think is pocketing everything?
