Whenever something new comes on your plate, ask for the priority and due date before adding it to your list. If there’s too much going on, try to get leeway on due dates since you have other higher priorities, and if you still get pushback, confirm with your manager/the requester (esp if they have multiple requests in your queue) how you will need to de-prioritize X other tasks if this needs to be done by Y date.
Your manager is either very unreasonable and/or doesn’t understand how long each of these tasks take on top of the mental strain of burn out :( I would have an honest conversation with them and present a task/priority list to get alignment and support from them. They should be able to take some things off your plate if they’re all really due by EOW and you don’t think you can get it done by then.
But skip/delay as many meetings as possible until you feel like you’re more on top of your work!

Yup, agreed. Maybe could start a ghant chart and add to it each time a new task is added and share viewable with your manager so they can better understand your bandwidth
