I’m so sorry that this happened to you. This is common. As a previous HR professional, I would recommend understanding your legal rights and the type of discrimination you faced. ( Gender, race etc.).
Document and submit a complaint to the EEOC. They will investigate.
However, I must say rarely do these cases get resolved with the vigor and timeliness that you need. However, putting it in writing is important and a trail of multiple cases will get traction eventually.
If nothing comes of the case, I’d still put it on Glassdoor and make sure people know and understand the type of company it is.
In my humble opinion, you want to be nurtured and supported with the tribe that appreciates you.
This door closing is an opportunity for you to move forward with better opportunities.
Next role do your due diligence while interviewing. This experience will make you a better leader and employee.
Good luck 🍀
Consult an employment law firm, they should be able to tell you if you have a case.
This‼️ You should be able to find an employment lawyer in your state willing to review your facts (hopefully for free). After the initial consultation, they would decide if they want to take your case on contingency or if you’d have to work out a payment rate. But if the facts are truly strong, I don’t see why an employment wouldn’t take the case. G’luck!

I also would consult a employment law firm or even follow up with HR. I don’t know how much your HR works for the employee that can be a caveat there because most of them tend to be for the company and since you don’t work there anymore, you might find a challenge.
