(but I am afraid, I don't want to lose this opportunity) or I join now and then take an ML ? or I accept the offer letter now, try joining and worst case postpone in the end ?

I am seeing too many post about awards like rising star, Kudos, etc. People keep telling there managers recommended them for these awards.

Recently interviewed at Adobe, it was great. Even the senior designer I was connected with escalated it a lot. But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. Should I wait a week or move on for other offers?
