Hey fishes, 2024 YEA rating was 2, 2025 YEA rating is 3, and I’ve completed 3y 5m in my current designation PA.
And since December 2025 I’ve been WFM and my work model assigned is 0-1d.

I’m planning to put down my papers but I have a feeling to wait till April 15th 2026 because I might get promoted to A in April 2026 and I’ll be finishing my masters(I’m doing my masters online and it’s not Cognizant higher education program)

Can you all advise?

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?
