Your tax will be less as more money will go into pf. Ubs gives 50% of ctc as basic salary. So your pf will increase as pf will be 24% of basic salary. And so tax will be less as whatever goes to pf is non taxable till 5 Lakh. So after reducing pf and tax , you will get in hand salary. Also gratuity is not part of your ctc. So that is plus. Other companies put gratuity as part of salary and eat your hard earned money.

If in India, use tax calculator available at Google to calculate your take home salary, based on tax regime you choose. After new budget, new tax regime is beneficial over old regime for all.

Your take home salary = fixed pay ( Basic + HR+ basket of allowances ) - 200 as employment tax - pf as employee contribution - income tax on taxable income.
