Just quit my job without another one lined up. However, the months of misery and mental abuse by my project wasn’t worth it. Although the future is uncertain and I have a limited amount of funds, my mind is at ease, and no amount of money can buy my mental peace.

Unpopular opinion: consulting is not any more challenging nor does it generate more experience than working in a demanding/high-profile role at a large company or startup. As someone who’s been in all three, I don’t see how people can argue consulting YOE > operating YOE. In fact, I could easily argue the opposite. What do y’all think (I’m expecting serious hate lol)
