I really dislike client service. I just want to be able to do my job and not worry about pleasing clients. Decided this is my last year at the firm then I'll be leaving for industry and better hours.

During screen I had asked the recruiter what was their interview process is. He said 1. Screen 2. Technical Interview. He said that it becomes clear to them after the technical and that there is a 3rd round with director but their process never goes to that. passed the technical very successfully but now i have been invited for the 3rd round to present a project .Have they made a decision and I’m invited just as a backup choice?

I’ve had a “fun money” Fidelity invt acct for years and have finally come to the realization that it’s a total waste as I never keep a close enough eye on the individual stocks I buy to exit timely and actually make $$. The downturn has brought it into clearer focus. I have about $8k in cash in it. Any recos for a good mutual fund / ETF to put it in? Could go with a standard S&P index, but curious any ideas. Hoping this doesn’t turn controversial. Should I be teaching my young kids to read Quran in Arabic (so learn a new language just to read Quran but no value otherwise), or skip Arabic and have them read transliteration (so like Alhamdu lilahi) or third option to just read in English the translation where they will actually understand? I mean, I spend 100 dollars a week on a tutor to teach them Arabic. My parents spent thousands and I can barely read it now and prefer transliteration.thoughts?
